As the Director of Let-Leeds Leeds Letting Agency my role changes from day to day but I spend most of my time focusing on Marketing.
I manage the team at Let-Leeds to ensure we provide high standards of service throughout the lettings process beginning with the valuation, and through to viewings, applications, check ins, property management and maintenance response.
I arrange viewings with potential tenants, and attend in hope of helping find them a dream new home.
I work in our busy Leeds City Centre based office and I look after the processing of rental payments, arrears, contractor bills, landlord statements and tenant deposits as well as liaising with landlords.
I am the Property Manager at Let-Leeds which I have worked to from my original role as Lettings Administrator. My job role includes receiving and handling the maintenance reports until complete, tenancy renewals and check-outs through to the returning of deposits. I will be most people's go-to person throughout their tenancy.
I work part time, and look after the internal office accounts, dealing with suppliers and working with the accountant to produce management accounts, VAT returns, payroll and PAYE.
Negotiate Lettings with a primary focus on rooms. I am happy to turn my hand to any task required.
I divide my time between valuing properties for rent, and conducting viewings with Tenants, which gives me a real feel for what Tenants expect when they rent a property in Leeds. I enjoy making contact with new landlords, to speak about our services and find excellent quality properties to help keep our tenants happy.
I work with all of our applicants to help process tenancy applications from start to finish, which includes drawing up tenancies and ensuring all documentation is signed and completed before tenants move in.
I support the Lettings Team to deliver results, as well as being an office-based link between the Lettings and Admin team. I deal professionally with customer and staff enquiries, and ensure all properties are marketed in line with our 'outstanding marketing policy'. I help to progress deals to completion, and ensure regular feedback is provided to clients.
As marketing administrator, my time is spent managing the newsletter and hot property emails, as well as managing our social media marketing.
My time is split doing all sorts of jobs in the office. I mostly help with admin and floor plans, however I multitask and help out with any and every job I can do to support the team at Let-Leeds.
I am responsible for organising viewings with potential tenants, and trying to find them their perfect home!
As a Lettings Co-Ordinator I am the office-based lynch-pin! I help manage, motivate and support the lettings team. I gain viewings feedback, negotiate deals with tenants and landlords and ensure our Lettings team are always providing the highest standard of customer care.
