This luxury new apartment is spacious, tastefully furnished and is in a beautiful location, set in a quiet residential area of Carib Playa, only 200m from the beach, over unspoilt nature reserve. The apartment is only 5 minutes by drive away by car from the centre of Marbella and 10 minutes from Puerto Banus. The stunning marina of Puerto Cabopino with local shops, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. There are more than 30 golf courses in the immediate area and numerous other leisure activities. In the winter there is good skiing in the Sierra Nevada mountains, only 90 minutes away.

Holiday Apartment Accommodation Includes

Bedroom 1
Double bed, fitted wardrobes, dressing table, wall mounted LCD TV and sliding patio doors onto the front terrace.

Bedroom 2
Twin beds, fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinet.

Bedroom 3
Twin beds, fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinet.

Main bathroom
Large shower cubicle, WC and wash basin, also a wall mounted unit. Includes large mirrors and sockets.

En-suite Bathroom
En-suite to bedroom 1 with a bidet, bath with shower over, WC, wash basin and wall mounted unit. Includes large mirrors and sockets.

Kitchen
The fully fitted kitchen has a fridge, freezer, washing machine, cooker and hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, iron and ironing board and a full range of cooking equipment. The Kitchen leads to the back terrace which has a washing line.

Lounge
This is a large living space, as a lounge/dining room, with a dining table that seats 6 people. The lounge section has a large settee and 3 separate chairs and coffee table. A 32" LCD TV, Hi-Fi system, CDs and Sky digital with English channels.

Towels and Linen
Towels and linen are included. The cleaner would come in after a week to do a mid-holiday clean, this would also include changing the towels and bed linen.

Externally
There is a large terrace and garden area of about 130 square metres, this is a very private area, both the lounge and main bedroom have sliding patio leading on to this area.

The terrace is equipped with dining facilities for 6 people, also there are 2 terrace settees and coffee table and barbecue. The terrace is south facing, so you can enjoy the sun all day long. There is plenty of lighting for an evening, as there are lights, lighting up the plants on the terrace and along the spanish style wall were all the pretty flowering creeping plants are growing.

There is a large communal swimming pool which is approximately 70 foot long by 35 foot wide, this is not heated, but doesn't need it, as it is quite warm in the summer. The pool is never too overcrowded as it is a large pool for the size of the complex and only used by the people staying in it.

Other Information

Accessibility

The apartment is suitable for wheelchairs and people with mobility problems as the apartment is on the ground floor so there aren't any stairs. The complex is all flat ground and not very big, making is easy to get around. The apartment is on the ground floor, so it is suitable and easily accessible for wheelchairs and elderly people.

Children

The apartment is on the ground floor, so it is suitable and safer for children. You can see the pool from the terrace and garden area, but it is private, and not overlooked by people coming and going.

Air Conditioning

There is air conditioning that either cools the apartment for the hot weather in the summer or heats it for the cooler weather in the winter.

Car Parking

There is a car parking space in the car park at the front of the apartments or secure underground parking if you would prefer.

Beaches

The apartment is about 200 metres from the nearest beach, as there is only the nature reserve between the apartment and the beach.

Cabopino Beach

Cabopino is about a 15 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive, this is very popular with families, as it is very safe.

Elveria Beach

Elveria is another beautiful beach which is about 10 minutes walk away, also the famous Nikki Beach is 5 minutes drive. You can get to all the beaches by walking as they are all on the 7 mile stretch that starts at Cabopino and ends at Marbella.

Golf

There are numerous golf courses in the immediate area.

Malaga Airport

The nearest airport is Malaga, the drive takes 20 minutes from the airport to the apartment. I would recommend you hire a car and collect it from the airport, but a car is not essential. You can get a taxi from the airport and then use the local bus service,which is very reliable. There is enough to do on your doorstep, if you don't want to go far.

Marbella

Marbella is 5 miles away which is excellent for shopping, restaurants and tapas bars. Orange Square is lovely to stop for lunch or dinner.

Puerto Banus

Puerto Banus is worth a visit, to see the exclusive shops and restaurants which overlook the port with its many yachts (Puerto Banus is 10 miles away).

Cabopino Port

Cabopino Port is about a 15 minutes walk away, this is a pretty small port, that has some excellent restaurants surrounding it.

Owner Tips and helpful Information

  • There is a small supermarket in the square, about 100m from the apartment.
  • You will also find there is a very good restaurant, bar and shop selling beach equipment ie: lilos and floats.
  • Brunos Italian restaurant at Cabopino roundabout is very good, but I would recommend booking in high season.
  • Also there are a lot of beach restaurants along the coast, which are all of a very good standard. Starting at the nearest beach (200 metres away) and running along to Marbella.
  • The nearest banks would be found at either Elveria or Calahonda which are about 1 mile away.
  • There is also a couple of main supermarkets and some cafe restaurants found there.
  • Funny beach is found just before Marbella, where there is go-karting for adults and children, trampolining, bungy ball and other activities.
  • On the beaches you will find pedaloes, jet skiing and parascending.

Booking

You will find that this apartment will be cheaper than sourcing through the main Holiday lettings portals. This is a local, friendly service. To secure a booking you can pay by credit card or debit card, along with a small booking fee and a security bond of £150.
