Position: Temp Summer Placement Receptionist / Lettings Administrator
Salary: £8 per hour
Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9 am to 6 pm. Saturday 10 am until 2 pm

The Position

Job Purpose

The role of a Lettings Administrator is to administratively support the property consultants as well as processing the let of the property from point of sale to move in.

General Responsibilities

  • Answering Incoming Calls
  • Answering the intercom system professionally
  • Meeting and greeting walk in's into the office
  • Dealing with Incoming Emails
  • Replying to Tenant emails
  • Adding Applicants to the database
  • Qualifying Applicants
  • Booking Appointments
  • Booking Tenant Viewings
  • Viewing Confirmation
  • Notice of Entry
  • General Responsibilities

Tenancy Applications

  • Collecting payments by phone
  • Add applicants to the system
  • Arrange for the completion of Application forms
  • Collect ID, Bank statements, and carry out credit checks
  • Gain employment and previous landlord references
  • Check through application and assess whether guarantors are required
  • Create and arrange for signing of Tenancy Agreements
