We offer a let-only facility for private holiday-home owners in Leeds.

We won't charge you a fee to list or let your property with us.

All we ask is that you list your Holiday Home at reasonable rates throughout the year. We do charge the holidaymaker a small booking fee to cover marketing and administration costs, however we prefer to keep the overall price of booking lower than the usual rates charged on www.holidaylettings.co.uk and www.ownersdirect.co.uk.

In the near future we may decide to list our available private holiday homes with www.holidaylettings.co.uk

Our Service

Our service includes advertising your property as well as arranging holiday dates and taking payment for the Holiday via Credit or Debit Card. This is transferred via BACs to you within 7 days of the booking.

Security Bonds

We also arrange to take a small security bond of £150 per booking which will protect you in case of damage to your Holiday Home.

You can refund this Bond on satisfactory inspection of the Holiday Home on departure.

Our Fees

This is a friendly, fun and flexible, small scale service for our clients, suppliers, Leeds based landlords and local people wishing to advertise their property to the Leeds community. You deal with the holiday let directly, and all other legal responsibilities involved.

We do not charge you a fee to list the property, nor a commission based on the letting of your Holiday Home.

To cover our administration and marketing costs, we charge the person making the Holiday booking a small booking fee of £50 per week.
