The cost of Inclusive Bills
5/6 People- £15 ppp/wk
For 5 and 6 Bed groups, the Inclusive Bill Package added to your Rental will be £15 per person per week.
3/4 People- £18 ppp/wk
For 3 and 4 Bed groups, the Inclusive Bill Package added to your Rental will be £18 per person per week.
2 People sharing - £25 ppp/wk
For 2 person groups, the Inclusive Bill Package added to your Rental will be £25 per person per week.
Remember, you will have to pay your own Council Tax if you are a Professional.
Fair Usage Policy
If the bills are included within the rent, a Fair Usage Policy will apply to ensure that your energy and water usage is not excessive and kept within reasonable and sensible limits.
The allowances are designed to be generous and if you are sensible with your energy consumption, it is unlikely that you will exceed these limits.
