As the director of Let-Leeds Leeds Letting Agency my role changes from day to day but I spend a lot of time working with and building relationships with a whole host of suppliers and landlords in the Leeds area. I also spend time focusing on Marketing, Finance and Strategy as well as ensuring we deliver quality throughout the organisation.

The Leeds Letting Agency Business was formed in 2008 with the vision of providing quality Properties to quality Tenants in the Leeds area, as well as delivering a first-class property service to Tenants and Landlords. At this time there were a few Agents around giving the Lettings Industry a bad image, Tenants were being offered a poor service and we thought it was about time we launched a brand new Leeds Letting Agent with a fresh approach to lettings.

Quality and Service has always been the utmost priority for us, so you can imagine, the Business developed quickly through Landlord and Tenant referrals. 90% of Tenants use the Internet to search for their ideal property, so we've been extremely keen on maximising the potential of the Internet, using all the major portals and recently launching our brand new website. I'm excited about the growth of the Business, as an ambitious company, we are keen on expanding our property portfolio across Leeds. We are proud to have an ever-expanding team of young, enthusiastic and hard working individuals.

I spent my younger years enjoying the nightlife and culture in Newcastle whilst studying Business with Accountancy at University before moving to Leeds. I worked as a Sales Account Manager for a leading IT company before landing firmly in the Property Industry 6 years ago with Miller Homes working as a Project Manager under the wing of some of the very best new-build development teams in the region.

I enjoy playing 5-a-side football at least 2 or 3 times a week, as well as enjoying the fantastic football Arsenal produce! I enjoy films, eating out, playing poker and cooking for friends, and spending time with my lovely wife.

What is your dream home and where? My dream house would be an old converted barn with lots of modern gadgets and features, a Jacuzzi, 5-a-side pitch and based somewhere warm, near a beach and some nice bars and restaurants and close to where my friends live! I don't think that house exists!

I went to Northumbria University to study Business and enjoyed the student life. I enjoy playing and watching sport which include football and squash. What is your dream home and where? My dream home would be a self build or a restoration. I would love to refurbish a real feature property. It would have to have amazing views either over the countryside or sea. The garage would have to cater for all 10 of my cars!

I work as an administrator in our busy Leeds City Centre based office, I spend time booking viewings, taking payments and helping customers. I look after all the bits in between you choosing a property to let and you moving in! I enjoy working for Let-Leeds as we're all a friendly bunch of people who work closely as a team; we work hard to ensure we get tasks done quickly and efficiently.

Previously I've worked for the Job Centre dealing with people's needs and assisting where I could, this has enabled me to hear what people want and try to achieve that 100% of the time. I love spending time with my family and my little boy, as well as socialising with friends whenever I can squeeze it in.

What is your dream home and where? My dream house would be a detached property in the country with lots of land for my family to play in.

I work with Tenants in Leeds to help find them their dream property and then I ensure all the pre-tenancy paperwork is in place prior to moving the Tenants in. I've always wanted to work in property and have been given a fantastic opportunity here at Let-Leeds that would have been very hard to turn down. I am on my placement year from Northumbria University, where I study Business Studies. My previous work experience includes working in the golf department of a Hotel and believe it or not, bottling milk at a dairy plant!

I've rowed competitively since high school and also enjoy golf and tennis. I'm a massive Newcastle United fan but since moving to Leeds I find it hard getting to the home games.

What is your dream home and where? I would love to live out in the countryside with a bit of land. It would be really modern inside with some period features. A swimming pool and hot tub would be a must.

I enjoy working part time for Let-Leeds; I particularly deal with rent processing for property in Leeds amongst other administration. We've collected almost £2 million pounds in rent so far this year - it takes quite some thinking to get it all in order, processed and back out to our clients within 7 days!

In the past I've worked for catering and events companies and also enjoy working in a Hair Salon in Ilkley. I love sport, particularly tennis and netball. I'm really into fashion as well as interior design.

What is your dream home and where? A great old house with lots of character and modern internal features. Ideally in the countryside with lots of land and a large double pebbled drive.

I am Let-Leeds' Plumbing and Heating Engineer, I tackle loss of heating and hot water issues for tenants as well as carrying out Gas Safety certificates and Boiler servicing.

I enjoy working for Let-Leeds as they are extremely professional, and whilst I've worked for many Letting Agents in Leeds and Yorkshire, I do believe they are a cut above the rest. Let-Leeds, compared to other agents, tackle maintenance very effectively which makes a huge difference to Tenants. It's always commented and appreciated when we respond to our maintenance requests, Let-Leeds are able to offer a great service to tenants through their website reporting features.

I have been working as a gas Engineer for almost 7 years now, with ACS and gas Safe qualifications. Without blowing my own trumpet, I'm extremely efficient at fault finding on boilers having worked for E-on working on up to 8 boiler breakdowns per day, I'm capable of fault finding quickly on any and every boiler.

I don't really get a chance to have any hobbies as I work too hard! Ha, but when I get the chance I enjoy motorsport, especially F1 as well as Go-Karting too!

What is your dream home and where? I'm not too greedy! I'd be quite happy with a 4 Bed Detached house in Headingley. It's got a great buzz to the place, feels lively and outgoing and I enjoy all the bars Headingley has to offer.

I'm John and it's my job to keep tenants happy by responding to their maintenance repairs, requests and questions! For multi-skilled general repairs and maintenance then I'm your man. Our main objective is to keep people happy, giving tenants a good service, keep our landlords happy by keeping their costs down as well as keeping our portfolio of properties in the best of conditions.

I enjoy working for Let-Leeds as I feel they're up and coming, have their heads screwed on and are seriously passionate and enthusiastic about what they do.

In my 13 years within the Leeds property maintenance industry I've worked for a variety of different lettings agencies in Leeds. Before this I used to be in the merchant navy as an Officer Cadet!

Working is my main hobby; the best thing is I get paid doing what I enjoy the most! I also enjoy drinking real ales, so you've probably shared a joke with me at any of the local beer festivals, and when I'm at home I spend time trying to complete Battlefield 2 on the PC.

What is your dream home and where? My plan is to retire to my house in Brittany which is in dire need of restoration!
