This summer marks the 5 year anniversary of the Leeds HMO Licence, leading to a large number of new licences being required this year. As there is no provision for licence renewals we recommend that Leeds Landlords are proactive in ensuring they diarise enough time to complete and process their application prior to the expiry date of their HMO Licence.
