Let-Leeds.com has won an award at the prestigious Estate & Letting Agent Awards sponsored by Zoopla. The Leeds based agency were shortlisted in the 'Best Letting Agent in Yorkshire' category and awarded 'Top 10 Agent in Yorkshire' recognising them for their excellent customer service as voted for by their clients during the course of 2012.

In the busiest week of our websites short life, 3233 people visited www.let-leeds.com to search for student and professional property to rent across Leeds. Amazingly 59% of visitors had never been to the site before. Last week we received 571 calls to our 4 phone lines and thanks to the team at Let-Leeds we answered all but 10 calls. In what was an extremely busy week we carried out 204 separate viewings with 5 and 6 bed properties in Hyde Park being the most popular.
