It also allows you to upload photos of your problem that may help our contractors to bring the right tools and equipment to fix your problem.
Repairs that are reported online are likely to be dealt with more quickly than those that are reported by telephone or by email.

This allows us to log your request on our automated system, and allows us to update contractors and landlord accordingly.
We cannot agree to the below timescales unless the Maintenance request has been logged online first.
