For a 3 Month contract, our prices start at £277 per week for 1 bedroom short term lets to rent in Leeds. We also have 2 bedroom short term let apartments available at £319 per week. Parking is also available as required. A bond is not required if the rent is paid upfront using BACs transfer, or Debit and Credit Card payment. A Bond of 5 weeks rent will be charged if the Contractor or Business wish to pay the rent monthly.
