Let-Leeds Business Development Manager

You'll need lots of experience in Property Sales or Lettings and the ability to influence people. You will be influential, innovative and dynamic with a good network of Industry professionals and the ability to develop the Let-Leeds brand across Leeds. You'll be focused on networking, meeting new clients and developing relationships so a confident and positive approach to people will be imperative. The position carries a basic salary with an uncapped commission structure, giving you the ability to earn well in this fast paced environment.

Let-Leeds Lettings Administrator

You'll be in charge of all the Admin involved in a Tenancy from start to finish including Tenant referencing, collecting payments, forming Tenancy Agreements as well as organising repairs, safety checks, inspections and inventory checks. You'll also be the office 'Boss' with a fantastic attention to detail, everything that happens will be communicated through you. Being a whiz on the PC is important, as you'll be working mostly at a computer, such as uploading properties and working the database, to offer the Lettings Managers fantastic support. You will be the voice of the company, so being a good listener, people person and well presented is important. You'll do plenty of negotiating with Landlords and Tenants so a good knowledge of the lettings Industry is important.

Let-Leeds PT Accounts Staff

You will be in charge of rent collection, client invoicing and payment, dealing with large amount of weekly transactions. You will be involved in chasing rental arrears, as well as general invoicing, payments and company book keeping. This roles won't take up the whole week, so for now, you'll probably be wanting Part Time work.

Let-Leeds Student Promoter

You'll be a Student in your 3rd or 4th year with an appetite for making some extra cash. You'll be a fun, confident and approachable person, with an interest in property. You'll be out and about on the road with a company mobile, working from Home or wherever you want. You'll use the web, email and networking sites such as facebook to promote the Let-Leeds brand across campus. We'll give you the tools to do it. You'll earn commission for each Student group that signs up to Let-Leeds in 2011. You may also want to get involved further and earn more cash by dealing with Student Viewings and negotiating rents, meaning there'll probably be a job on the table for you when you finish Uni.
