The Best Estate Agent Guide Award is held in conjunction with the Property Academy and Rightmove and the results are based on looking a number of criteria that include Rightmove stats and customer service experience.

The evaluation for the award works through a number of stages, starting with 25,000 agents UK-wide which are then whittled down to the very top performers in the industry.

The top 7,500 branches then go through a comprehensive email and phone call Mystery Shop. This ensures that the branches perform as well in customer service as they do in the cold hard stats.
The Mystery Shop is designed to evaluate a number of different factors including trust & likeability, professionalism & courtesy, listening & understanding, knowledge of the property and speed of response.
