Here's a list of the things that you are responsible for during your Tenancy. Make sure you keep on top of these as we'll check on many of these as part of the check-out process and failure to meet your responsibilities could incur charges.

f€1/2 Bleeding the radiators
f€1/2 Unblocking sinks and drains and keeping them clear
f€1/2 Testing smoke detectors and replacing batteries
f€1/2 Resetting any 'trip' switches
f€1/2 Reading your appliance manuals to make sure you are using them correctly
f€1/2 Re-lighting pilot lights on the boiler
f€1/2 Keeping the pressure topped up on the boiler
f€1/2 Ensuring external drains are kept clear of debris
f€1/2 Unblocking vacuums and changing/cleaning filters
f€1/2 Cleaning the windows (inside and out)
f€1/2 Looking after your keys and keeping the property secure
f€1/2 Any damage other than that which has already been noted on the Inventory or fair wear and tear
f€1/2 Keeping the property clear of rubbish and using the appropriate bins for refuse
f€1/2 Ventilation, especially in kitchen and bathroom, to avoid condensation and damp
f€1/2 Keeping outside areas clean, tidy and weeded
f€1/2 Return any post for the previous occupants to sender - just write 'RTS' on the front and put it back in the post.
